Corporate Social Responsibility

Just because we're a small company doesn't mean we shouldn't do our part for society and the environment. We have small gestures that we make as part of our training, for example never using paper cups and issuing a reusable one. We also use ebooks wherever we can.

We also sponsor and support a number of projects/charities both locally and nationally.

Comberton Judo Club

Comberton Judo Club is a local club that is also a England Talent Development Centre. It caters for child as young as five and and adults that are anywhere on the performance continuum from fun to performance. The club has several young athletes that are ranked within the top 10 great Britain and our aim is to support them with sponsorship or flexible work whenever it is possible for us to do so. You can get more information on this great club at www.combertonjudo.org

RE:ACT

RE:ACT is a disaster response charity that deploys volunteers domestically and internationally following natural disataers. They also provide deliberate operations, predominantly in countries they have supported in disaster response in order to continue their support where it is most needed. This includes projects such as rebuilding schools and community centres in Mosambique months after responding to the cyclone.

Our director is a volunteer responder with RE:ACT and deployed to Indonesia following the earthquakes in 2018 and to Linconlnshire and the team leader following the floods in 2019.  This allows us to help those in desperate need of help and at the same time develop our skills in management, leadership and training.
