There's a lot of people that call themselves business coaches but what really is a business coach and what qualifies them to be one? Of course there is an array of certificates one can gain but do these equate to expertise?

In our case our experience lies in the core concepts of coaching, with over 20 years coaching in high performance sport we understand how to get the most out of people. The processes in sport have allowed us to develop great understanding of strategy, goal setting, planning and motivation. We also have understanding of leadership from the military, sports coaching, academia and disaster response. It's fair to say we understand pressure!

We work with small to medium size business, our expertise is in developing individuals and small groups. We're not about telling you how to run your business, we help you make your processes smoother, we help dysfunctional teams or those with stresses work together more efficiently. We're about people and culture.
